What makes any team successful?
In our case it is the common shared belief in our company’s core values. These values where first instilled by our parents at a young age and then fortified as we embarked upon our careers with the Armed Forces specifically the United States Air Force.
The value of the Air Force are as follows:
• Integrity
• Service before self
• Excellence in all we do!
It was not until we had the honor of serving with the best of the best in the Presidential Honor Guard did these principles truly resonate with us.
This was the point that we had the privilege to train to be not only an Ambassador for the Air Force on both foreign and domestic lands; but also we learned the true meaning of sacrifice as we were responsible in providing the final honors for those who had make that ultimate sacrifice.
The Mantra for the Presidential Honor Guard is:
• To Honor With Dignity!
That truly resonates with our team even till this day. We have learned to appreciate and accept the need for diversity from within an organization & actually use that diversity to create a solution. The ability to provide diverse solutions along with some of the teachings of the great philosophers "Dale Carnegie, Henry Ford, and Napoleon Hill" just to name a few; has brought us to the point where we choose to value the opinions of others and what they bring to the collective table.
Which is why our Mantra is as follows:
